Well, in January actually, but she is growing at a pretty fast pace. Lisa recently began enrolling her in kindergarden (pre-school) for the new year, which will be not long after new baby No. 2 is due in late September. She shed a tear in the process, a slight case of empty-nest syndrome even though the school is only for a few hours a week. The respite may turn out to be welcome, indeed, as Tilly is talking up a storm these days (some Dowley genes at work there from Jacob’s side, we suppose). She’s definitely no shrinking violet. But she’s a constant joy to her parents and grandparents.
Here are a few recent pictures selected randomly from my growing database of digital Tilly photos, some taken by Bill, some by Gene on his visit here, and some by Lisa and Jacob.
